Finally my mobile website is now completed! Looking at the screenshots I included in this post you’ll notice I kept the continuity of the desktop design through this mobile version. I originally was going to have image only icons for the navigation, but I decided it was crucial to keep it the same as the desktop version as much as possible.
On my Home page blog, the images in my post are only visible in the expanded post view, where all the posted comments and comment submit form can be accessed. I found the default WordPress mobile theme fairly easy to implement my own design, though with only owning one smartphone (iPhone) I fond it difficult to find any reliable smartphone emulators on the web.
However, the site http://www.mobilephoneemulator.com/ I found pretty helpful.
I also carried over the JavaScript collapse div and carousel from my desktop version Folio page. The portfolio pieces view great in either portrait or landscape views and each category auto collapses if left open when clicking on a new category. I also placed my iPhone themes which are available to purchase / download from Cydia.
Here are a couple of screen shots of the layout of my website from your mobile device:

Great job Shannon!!!!
